Barring anymore internet interuptions I should be able to give more frequent blog updates. I know, I know, I have said that several times, but this time I mean it.
So...last time I blogged was just after Christmas. Since then we have gone out and spent any gift cards we received, bought a few more Wii accessories and games. I have found out that I am a big fat slob on Wii Fit. I am on my 3rd week of not working, and I love it. We all head back to work and school on the 5th. I am not looking forward to it, but I am looking forward to having Tuesdays off still ( and nobody else will be home!!)
We stayed at home for New Year's with the family. We played with the Wii and sat around the bon fire outside. It was perfect. Jeanie, Dave, Dusty and his wife Simone joined us. At midnight we did the traditional thing of shooting of shotguns and firing off a few rockets. Then we all went back to our own dwellings and went to bed.
Today we had our traditional gun day. We shot our handguns, then shot at some clay pigeons. We all did really well.
Scott was wonderful and helped me take down all the Christmas decorations today. All the inside stuff is put away for the year. I will take down the exterior decorations on Jan. 2nd since my lights have to be on for the night of New Year's Day. I hate to take it down, but it's nice to have it done. I am ready for the New Year.
I have thought about what my new year's resolution will be. I am having a hard time with it. I hate to say "lose weight", but I really need to. So instead of lose weight I am going to say be healthy. Meaning eat better, be more active and be happy. I wish everyone good luck in the New Year and hope to see you soon

I had a hard time coming up with a resolution too, then BAM- it hit me. I'm just going to put a little more effort into myself. At the point I'm at, it won't take much- but that really kind of emcompasses a lot of avenues...=)
Unfortunately if will take alot at the point I am at. Oh well. It snowed again last night. It is so pretty. I can't stop taking snow pics.
