I have to say that this has been one of the best Christmas Seasons EVER! I was feeling bad because I didn't feel like I was accomplishing enough this Holiday Season. I was busy with work, the National Final Rodeo on TV, and directing the Sunday School Christmas play. I was pretty relieved that the finals were over and the play went really well. The only thing in the way was work. When they started talking about snow I was sure we wouldn't get any. At first we didn't, on Monday the 15th it was just icy, but my boss told me and Scott to stay home. We had a day off, and the kids still had to go to school. It was really nice. Tuesday is my normal day off, so mom and I did some Norwegian baking (which I failed to take any pics of) Then we got a little snow so again Scott and I got a snow day, but this time with the kids. Thanks to the weather and poor road conditions, I haven't been to work since Friday the 12th. We caught up on all the Christmas movies, baked, wrapped gifts, and played in the snow. The best part of all is that my 2 week vacation starts this Tuesday. I actually was hoping to go to work on Monday, but now they are predicting blizzard like conditions for Saturday and Sunday so who knows! I love it. I just hope the wind doesn't take off with all my exterior decorations. I hope everyone is enjoying their Holiday Season as much as I am.

Sounds like the storm of all storms. Batten down the hatches. My parents are doing the same thing! It's so perfect, being the week of Christmas (almost).
I love the pictures. I really hope we get some snow too. It's beenin the 60's, but it's supposed to drop to a low of 25 by tomorrow night, and possible snow...we'll see!
I hope you get snow. What are your plans for Christmas? I still have a little baking to do. Otherwise I am all ready. It is exciting to have this weather Christmas week. 5 more days.
Joyeus Noel!
Oooh...I didn't know we were maybe going to get more snow too! It looks like it will though...with the clouds. Love it! Hopefully the winds won't be too bad!
Well, I work Christmas Eve and Brian works Christmas day, but we're having dinner at Bill and Rebekah's that night- so that will be nice. Then we're going to the mountains just for a quick drop by and back home on Sunday after Christmas so we can drop off presents and see the family...
Joyeux Noel, aussie!
It is snowing right now, but no winds yet...thank goodness. Kara I meant to type Joyeux not Joyeus...anywho....I will keep you updated on the weather. Jessica, I hope you are ready for power outages...though let's hope we won't lose power!
