Okay.....here it is October 9th and I have not decorated for Halloween/Fall. I am supposed to have Tuesdays off, but haven't for the last 2 weeks. We have been so busy. We have soccer practice on Monday and Wednesdays and play our games on Saturdays. I am proud to say that the Shooting Stars are undeafeted, we are 6-0!!! We have 3 more games left, where we start to play the teams a 2nd time. Kylee is on the team and has done really well playing goalie and defense. We also stay busy with Rachel in Volleyball. She has games on Mondays and Wednesdays, so I usually have to come home from work, change for soccer, feed the goats, cats and dogs, rush off to watch the volleyball game and head off to soccer. Tuesdays and Thursday are our days off, so usually I try to clean the house. My weekends are filled with laundry, soccer and Sunday School. It just seems like time is flying by. My point to all of this is that I have been just too darn busy to decorate. This weekend I have to get it done.
The neat thing about getting home earlier (I work 8am-2:30pm now), is that I have been able to spend more time with Ben (Tod and Jessica's son). He is getting so big. He is talking and starting to walk. He has low muscle tone, so it took him a little longer to start walking. He really looks alot like Tod. He loves to see the goats. Unfortunately he associates me with the goats, so he doesn't attempt to say my name, he just points outside and says "Goaffs". Oh well. This picture was taken a few days ago, isn't he cute!!!

He's a perfect little boy. I always smile when I see his pictures. I'm really happy to see an update too. It's lovely. You can tell that those pumpkins were skillfully carved by someone with a lot of pumpkin-carving experience!
When are you carving pumpkins? Do you get many trick or treaters. You probably won't be home anyways.
MARJORIE?
It's officially the holiday season!!!!!!
Fire up your record player, it's on.
