It did get nice and hot after all. On Friday it was in the mid 80's so after work I got the boat all hooked up and when Scott got home we were off to the Ohop Lake. It was too late for us to open it up, but we did enjoy a nice swim. We took Mali and Bailey with us. It was alot of fun. Macie came along too. She went for a quick swim, but was really cold afterward. She had her little life jacket on, and when she swims her tail acts like a little propellar. It is so funny to watch. She hates the cold water, but I just love to watch her. I really shouldn't torture her for my own selfish enjoyment.
Today we played a soccer game at 1:30 pm. It was HOT. The girls were miserable. On the way home from the game the truck said is was 102 degrees. We lost 2-1, but we tried hard. Our season is over and our record was 2 wins, 2 loses and 2 ties. Not bad for a first year team. Now it's on to summer soccer which starts in a few weeks.
We are off to the lake again tomorrow to do open it up a little and do some tubing.

Ooh...looks like fun! So glad we finally got some terrific weather!!
It was fun while it lasted, nice rain today though. Oh well...I hope it stays dry for Memorial Day.
